Moved hosting provider

Since 2008 this site was hosted by PCExtreme but unfortunately they raised their prices to a crazy level. So starting today, it is now hosted at Cloud86. The setup process was quite easy and their prices are reasonable. Give them a try if you’re looking for new hosting.
